You will receive a reply from the robot when it is run (at the discretion of the chair person). As it was last year the two competitions will include as many entrants as time permits, but to insure that the images you submit get into the competitions you MUST submit by the 1st Saturday of the month, one week before CACCA.

One last thing, On many occasions last year the file name of the image was less than good. On some occasions the submitter put the title where the makers names goes and the makers name where the title goes. This made for an interesting competition when the image was displayed and the maker's name was read aloud because it was thought to be the title. When you are setting up the filename it is just like filling out the submission form, the fields are used as stated. When you run the title together with no spaces, it looks like what it is, like the submitter just does not care. Do a good job! It will show.
