The Chicago Area Photography School or CAPSis presented by CACCACAPS is an exciting learning opportunity that is held every two years. It is held on odd numbered years on a Sunday in the Month of November. In last few years CAPS has brought to Chicago area Tim Grey, Ben Wilmore and in 2007 Eddie Tap.
